Gratitude. I mean what does it say about our team that we are all so grateful for one another?!
Gratitude means thankfulness, noticing simple pleasures and acknowledging everything that you receive. It means learning to live your life as if everything is a miracle, gratitude, gratefulness and appreciation have proven to be amongst the most powerful of human emotions.
So instead of making lists of things you want to improve, make lists of what you have now!
How hard you've worked, how far you have come. The obstacles you have already conquered, how great your body is now!
I challenge you to write a list of 10 things you are grateful for now! Read it everyday, it seems like a big commitment but it's not! It will become engraved it your brain and gratitude will eventually become a natural emotion you will feel with you everyday ♡
