In the case of any dissatisfaction with a service you have received, we are happy to provide to you the opportunity to return to the salon for us to reassess the service. No refunds will be given.
Our policy for an alteration of service is that you must call us within seven(7) business days of the original service and that the appointment be scheduled with the same stylist who provided the service.
Our stylists are independent of Purnama Style Lounge and it is up to their discretion.
